FREE Returns And Exchanges to United States Customers Only.

MASUTTO offers a standard 5 day return policy.

Before returning, please contact us at sales@masutto.com for an RA number with the reason of the return. Products that are returned to us without prior authorization won’t be refunded.

Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging on one single shipment. Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit in your original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Your credit card will show the credit in one to two billing cycles.
