Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped to the United States.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

US returns are free. Email sales@masutto.com after you ship the return and we will send a prepaid label, or include your order number in the package.

You do not need approval before you return a US order.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the item.

Orders shipped outside the United States are final sale.
